Our minimum charge is $125 for non-urgent calls in the local area. After the first hour, you’ll be charged at $90 per hour for service. The “Book Online” link above will have a more complete list of prices.
We are not certified as plumbers or electricians. Robert is certified in HVAC, but will not perform services outside of his field of expertise.
By appointment. I’m currently working part-time for another HVAC and professional services company. Also, I’m not available on Friday afternoon or Saturday, because of commitments at church.
Robert Stephens has the following training and experience:
EPA certifications.
Repair of industrial aquatic systems: 10 years
Mechanical engineering: Bachelors degree and EIT certificate. Extra coursework in electronics, acoustics, networking. Grad school dropout.
Two year engineering internship in water system operations and energy analysis
Commercial HVAC Test and Balance apprentice: 2 years
HVAC preventative maintenance: 2 years
Automotive mechanic: 2 years
